A short usage guide for our drivers.

Logging In

Your manager will set up an email and password for you. Use these on the login screen to access the system. If you forgot your password, contact your coordinator or system administrator.

Viewing Your Trips

After logging in, the Dashboard lists your trips for today and tomorrow. The "My Trips" section lets you filter all your trips by date.

Updating Trip Status

When you open a trip's details, you can update its status step by step:

  • Start Trip — When you head out to pick up the patient.
  • Complete — When the transfer is finished.

If you set the wrong status, ask your coordinator to correct it.

Updating Your Account

Click your name in the top-right corner or use the "My Account" link in the sidebar to update your name and password. To change your email address, contact your administrator.

Language

Switch the interface language using the Türkçe / English link at the bottom of the sidebar.
