TakeCab ("we", "us", or the "Service") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the patients managed through our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our patient transfer and operations management platform, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

1.1 Account Information

When you sign up to the system we store your name, email address, phone number and a cryptographically hashed copy of your password. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

1.2 Patient and Operational Data

Authorized users enter patient details (name, nationality, passport number, phone, tags) along with appointment, location, doctor, coordinator and driver assignment data. This information is necessary to organize and deliver the transfer service.

1.3 Technical Information

Session cookies, IP address, browser type and standard server logs are collected automatically. We use this data for security, debugging, and improving service quality.

• To organize patient transfers and appointments.
• To assign trips to drivers and track their status.
• To secure your account and prevent unauthorized access.

• Authorized users: Admins, coordinators and drivers within the same organization may access relevant data to perform their duties.

We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS-encrypted communication, bcrypt password hashing, role-based access control and regular security reviews. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The Service uses essential cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and CSRF protection. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Account and operational data are retained for the duration of the service and within our legal retention obligations. When you deactivate your account using the "Delete My Account" action on the My Account page, your login is disabled; for historical record integrity, operational data may be archived for a reasonable period.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Under the GDPR and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to:

• Request information about the data being processed,
